This site has been developed to help anyone who would like to see improvement in the way their family interacts and works through issues. Every family faces problems, misfortune, fears and doubt. My own family has been no different. It does not matter how smart you are or how successful you are in the business world. Family requires dedication and self sacrifice.

Both myself and my spouse were married for the first time at relatively late ages. Statistically we were late in getting started. I was 47 and she was 35. We now have 2 children and are working through issues like everyone else.

We deal with siblng disagreements, homework, the ups and downs of competition in baseball and ballet, elderly parents, death, and retirement.

You would think that having the added years of maturity would make the transition into marriage and family easier. Over time you would also expect that problems would become more management with maturity and practice. Building trust in this way is helpful. But continued commitment and action are required to keep relationships strong.
