Causes of anxiety attacks in families


Take action regarding anxiety symptoms

When certain events happen do you automatically turn red and your pulse quicken? Do you become angry or frightened? This could be an anxiety attack. Other anxiety attack symptoms may be back pain, tension, or an allergic reaction. Facing undesirable circumstances is inevitable within every family. The problem could be between family members or a past experience that caused trauma in the past. Even visual objects can bring out the symptoms of a mild panic attack. Whatever the case, the impact will be felt across the whole family.







Causes of anxiety attacks can come from many sources. It is often triggered by past experiences that may have been tramatic or threatening. This disorder is known as specific phobia anxiety and it often begins with a child perceiving a normal situation to be awkward or unpleasant. When those negative experience resurface, fear or worry will be the first response. Each family member will probably respond differently depending on the situation or object involved.

What is anxiety? It is a state of uneasiness or tension caused by apprehension of possible future misfortune, danger, etc; worry

Stress in general can be one of the major causes of anxiety attacks. Anxiety attacks are strongly linked to low self esteem and stress.

Anxiety can arise as a personal coping method. If someone learns to deal with stress by internalizing it and worrying about it excessively then they will suffer from regular anxiety attacks.

The causes of anxiety attacks may be many but still that doesn't mean that any are impossible to deal with. Some treatments for anxiety symptoms work better for some than they do for others which is why it's important not to give up on treating anxiety disorders as soon as you have tried one.

  Anxiety attack symptoms

It is important to sense the presence of anxiety in yourself and those around you. Common phyical anxiety symptoms include Allergy problems, back pain, muscle aches, chest pain, dizzy feelings, flushed face, nausea, racing heartbeat, excessive sweating, uncontrolable trembling, and twitching eyes.

General fears can also be causes of anxiety attacks. Fear of impending problems, fear of dying, fear of being around people, and fear of failure are just a few. In addition to the symptoms mentioned above, fear can be accompanied by chills, feeling cold, a pounding heart, have trouble sleeping, and always feeling tired.
